
With the development of science and technology, the technology of CNC machine tools has been developed accordingly, and CNC machine tools have been widely used in the work output of factories. In the use of machine tools, the production speed of general models of conventional machine tools has become much faster, and there are many other functions. Not only that, but also many unnecessary steps have been reduced in many processes, and finally it can be widely used to improve the output and reduce the cost. As a new technology, PLC system has more outstanding advantages in the electrical automation control industry compared with the old technology, which greatly improves the overall stability and reliability, and then significantly improves the performance of the entire electrical engineering automation system.
With the rapid development of computer technology, PLC programmable technology has also made great progress, and a series of movements and rotations of CNC machine tools are realized by the electrical control system in the machine tool, and the electrical system is realized by PLC. This paper mainly focuses on the expansion of PLC technology, and designs and studies the electrical automation system of the whole CNC machine tool under PLC technology. The key content is the brief introduction of the realization principle of data machine tool, and then the understanding and selection of the parts of the whole electrical control system and PLC programming controller make a set of perfect CNC machine tool design based on PLC technology.
